Out of the gate, our core parts are machined here in the US. Barrels, receivers, and critical parts are manufactured by AKBuilder.

Starting with a few chunks of 4140, you get a trunnion, sight block, sight rail, mag hanger ring, muzzle device, and a few other bits, that are then post hardened and hot blued. (Some things like the firing pins we made from shock proof steel, as its better for this use than 4140)

These have been made with meticulous attention to detail trying to capture as much of the original aspects of the various few versions of the PP-19 Bizon we fell in love with, adding a bit of our own spice to try and keep functionality with OEM mags, but improve feed and function.

Barrels are made in house by AKBuilder and are guaranteed concentric, in include a pin and weld extension hidden under a faux supressor in order to be state compliant. We get them in the white, and will potentially offer a chrome lined version in the future. NOTE THESE ARE NOT CHROME LINE.

The magazines are injection molded, and have a sintered laser printer stainless steel elevator inside.

Rear trunnion is 4.5 standard, but we will also offer a 5.5 option in the future.

Furniture is one of the few parts of this gun made overseas, fortunately, these parts are still made to our specs, after multiple versions from our supplier, we both settled on a style that allowed us to make everything as close to spec as possible.

These will accept standard single hook AK trigger packs and pistol grips, and AKM style rails (we are partial to RS Regulate).

Firearm will ship with 2 mags and some other goodies 😀
