For now, all pricing will be handled on a case by case basis, and quotes are subject to change depending on the time and effort required for the project. No extra costs will be incurred–and work will be suspended–until the customer has been informed of, and has accepted, the change in price.

For builds only: Advanced shipment of any parts will be accepted in lieu of a down payment for builds. However, down payments once a quote is provided will reserve an advanced spot in our books, and will be considered a rush fee.

Any projects that require advance work (such as mock ups, sketches, or parts sourcing) will require a down payment.​

​All communication about pricing and availability will be handled through the LMIronwerks@gmail.com email, and will be considered contractually binding once accepted.

Any short payment, or lack of payment, will result in your build being forfeited to LM Ironwerks until the bill has been paid in full.

​Please keep in mind that both Löwe and Maus have separate full-time jobs, therefore job timelines may be affected.
