AE – AEM2 FDE

The Allen Engineering AEM2 is available now from LM Ironwerks, a licensed FFL/SOT dealer in Louisville, Kentucky.

The AEM2 (Ops Inc 14th model) offers good sound suppression when compared to other “K” style suppressors of a similar size, however it really shines where shorter overall weapon length is desired. It has traditionally been used in CQB roles for the military and SWAT teams. The AEM2 only adds 2.75” to the end of the brake, or approximately 4.25” from the muzzle. Due to the shorter mount length, it can be mounted on barrels as short as 11.5” with a standard low profile gas block, and 10.5” with certain tapered gas blocks.

It can be used with standard AE/OPS INC brakes and collars.

All brake mounted suppressors should have between 7-10 turns for best fitment.
