The Cherry Bomb by Q® is a Quickie™ Fast-Attach muzzle brake compatible with the THUNDER CHICKEN™ and trash PANDA™ silencers by Q. It features our taper mount shoulder to align with our barrels and silencers, uses a 1/2 inch socket on the front for easy install and removal, and features 360° circumferential ports to alleviate the need for timing and shims. Backwards compatible with standard 90 degree shouldered barrels.The Cherry Bomb by Q is too short and NOT recommended for pinning and welding to a barrel.

What It Does

A muzzle brake redirects propellant gas out to the sides to reduce felt recoil and muzzle rise, so you can stay on target and get faster follow-up shots. On suppressor-ready designs it also serves as the mounting point for the suppressor. Brakes are loud for people standing beside the shooter, so they are often paired with a suppressor.

Before You Order

Match the thread pitch to your barrel (1/2×28 is common on 5.56 and .22 rifles, 5/8×24 on .30 caliber rifles) and confirm the device is made for your suppressor’s mounting system. Muzzle devices should be installed, timed and secured exactly as the manufacturer specifies. If you’re not sure, have a gunsmith do it.
