3.3 Non-Payment: If the agreed upon payment is not received within 30 days of completed service, the product will be withheld and a storage fee of 20% per month will be charged until payment is received in full. This includes all custom work, repairs, builds, and orders. Once payment has been received the product will be returned to the customer.
3.4 Abandoned Property: Any and all orders left with LM Ironwerks for extended periods of time without payment will be considered abandoned property and are subject to be placed on a lien.
